Refund Policy - the basics

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Online Sessions/Consultations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Property Management Services: Refunds for property management services are available only if cancellation occurs before the initial service has been rendered.

  • Listing or Marketing Services: Refunds will be granted if the request is made before listing materials or marketing campaigns are published.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed consultations or advisory sessions.

  • Property evaluations or inspections after service delivery.

  • Marketing and advertising services once materials have been published.

  • Fees associated with tenant placement once a lease agreement is signed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Consultations and Online Sessions: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Property Management or Listing Services: A written cancellation request must be submitted to Sold@lolaoduwole.com to process any refund or service cancellation.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • Your full name and contact information.

  • A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.

  • Relevant details about the service or transaction.
